The Presiding Officer of either House may , however , permit any member who cannot adequately express himself in Hindi or English to address the House in his mother tongue . लेकिन प्रत्येक सदन का पीठासीन अधिकारी किसी सदस्य को , जो हिंदी या अंग्रेजी में पर्याप्त अभिव्यक्ति नहीं कर सकता है , उसकी मातृभाषा में सदन को संबोधित करने की अनुज्ञा दे सकेगा .

Business in a State Legislature may be transacted either in the official language or languages of the State or in Hindi or in English and the Presiding Officer of a House may allow a member who cannot adequately express himself in any of these languages to address the House in his mother tongue . राज्य के विधानमंडल में कार्य राज्य की राजभाषा या राजभाषाओं में या हिंदी में या अंग्रेजी में किया जाएगा और किसी सदन का पीठासीन अधिकारी किसी सदस्य को , जो इन भाषाओं में से किसी में अपनी पर्याप्त अभिव्यक्ति नहीं कर सकता है , उसकी मातृभाषा में सदन को संबोधित करने की अनुज्ञा दे सकेगा .
